A tight garment (faja) should be worn or kinesiology tape until filler settles in about 48 hrs, and could be longer depending on how much filler you had injected. 

• No submerging in water for 1 week
• No prolonged hot showers for 48 hrs
• Do not exercise for 4 weeks post treatment until filler is settled
• Avoid excessive massage for 4 weeks, light pressure massages for pain relief are okay, please call if you are experiencing discomfort.
• Bruising is normal and can last up to 2 weeks.
• Asymmetry may be normal post-treatment due to swelling, and can be addressed after 2 weeks.
